Pretreatment

Wetting / Scouring Agent

COTTWET NF PREMIUM A low-foaming, APEO-free, highly concentrated scouring agent with excellent alkali stability and rewetting performance after scouring and bleaching, suitable for all textile substrates.
COTTWET NF SPECIAL A low-foaming, APEO/NPEO-free scouring agent with high alkali stability, superior alkaline wetting and deaerating properties for excellent rewetting after scouring and bleaching.

Lubricant / Anti-crease Agent

COTTLUBE L A non-ionic high molecular weight polymer emulsion that prevents fibre-to-fibre and fibre-to-metal friction during wet processing, reducing crease marks, crow feet, and chafe marks.
COTTLUBE L CONC A non-ionic, high-molecular-weight polymer that improves fabric running properties, reduces fiber damage and creasing and remains stable to heat and alkali without affecting dye fastness.

Silicone Defoamers

G2 ANFO A concentrated silicone-based antifoaming agent effective across wide temperature and pH ranges. Suitable for high-pressure jet, soft flow and cheese dyeing machines and easily diluted for use in sizing, desizing, scouring, dyeing, and printing processes.

Deaerating Agent

COTTWET DAR NEW Low-foaming, high-penetrating deaerating agent with excellent alkali stability. Provides rapid surface tension reduction for even pretreatment, improves scouring efficiency and minimizes dyeing faults such as stick and rope marks by enhancing fabric lubrication.

Peroxide Stabilizer

COTTSTAB BP Inorganic-based, silicate-free peroxide stabilizer designed for exhaust bleaching processes. Prevents machinery deposition and ensures consistent bleaching performance.
CONPRO STAB Organic-based, silicate-free peroxide stabilizer developed for continuous bleaching processes, preventing roller bed deposition in Continuous Bleaching Ranges (CBR).

Peroxide Neutralizer

PERKIL CAT Catalase enzyme stable across pH 4.0–9.0 and temperatures of 30–60°C, effectively converting residual peroxide into water and oxygen after bleaching and hot wash processes, enabling seamless transition to dyeing with excellent color retention.
CAT 650 Catalase enzyme that decomposes residual peroxide into water and oxygen, stable across pH 4.0–9.0 and temperatures of 30–60°C.

Sequestering Agent / Water Softeners

CHE P CONC Sequestering cum dispersing agent for iron and heavy metal ions, suitable for pretreatment and dyeing. Effective in acidic and alkaline media, preventing uneven color yield in reactive, sulphur and vat dyeing.
CONPRO SEQ CONC Highly concentrated sequestering agent for iron, calcium and magnesium, chelating under alkaline, high-temperature scouring and bleaching conditions. Prevents hydroxide and carbonate precipitation and safeguards fabrics against pinholes by ferric iron chelation.
CONPRO SEQ Concentrated sequestering agent for iron, calcium and magnesium, preventing precipitation and pinhole formation under alkaline, high-temperature conditions.
SEQ ALK Versatile pretreatment aid with strong dispersion and impurity control, stable at high TDS, ensuring uniform treatment and preventing white marks on cotton and blended fabrics including lycra and polyester.

Oil Remover

PROGEN ORE Oil-removing agent suitable for all textile materials and machines. Stable to alkali, acid, salt and hard water, effectively removes grease, added oils, and mineral oils to deliver stain-free fabrics and is also suitable for machine cleaning.
